By accessing or using PicaPicaPhoto.com Pica Pica Photo Booth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

Pica Pica Photo Booth is a web application that allows users to take photos using their device's camera, apply various filters and effects, share photos, and access AI-powered features like pixel art transformation and photo interpretation.

Data Storage & Retention

When using our sharing and AI-powered features, you agree to the following terms:

Temporary Storage: Your photos will be stored on our servers for a maximum of 7 days when you use features that require uploading.

Automatic Deletion: After 7 days, all uploaded photos and their derivatives will be automatically and permanently deleted.

Shareable Links: Any links to shared photos will expire after 7 days and will no longer be accessible.

Link Access: Anyone with access to your shareable link can view your photos during the 7-day period.

User Responsibilities

When using Pica Pica Photo Booth, you agree to:

  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers
  • Not attempt to access features or areas of the service that you are not authorized to access
  • Not upload, share, or process content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Take responsibility for managing your shareable links and understanding that they provide access to your photos

Intellectual Property

The Pica Pica Photo Booth application, including its design, logo, and code, is the property of Pica Pica and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Photos taken by users using our application belong to the users. We do not claim any ownership rights over these photos. However, by using our sharing and AI features, you grant us a temporary, limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

AI-Generated Content

Our "PicaPica My Moments" interpretation feature and pixel art transformation use AI to generate content based on your photos. Please understand that:

  • AI-generated interpretations are for entertainment purposes only
  • You retain ownership of AI-generated content derived from your photos
  • AI-generated content is subject to the same 7-day retention policy as uploaded photos

Limitation of Liability

Pica Pica Photo Booth is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

In no event shall Pica Pica be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, or for any content shared through our service.
